Russian Orienteering Championship (2017-11-04)

With this post I began to keep my DOMA accaunt:)

So, my last Junior Champ coming to the end. I thought about better performance, but I wasn't lucky and catch a bad stomach illness during last days in Barca sprint-camp. I didnt feel myself ready for 100%, but anyway I have tryde to be good as much as it possible. In result, I take 9th place and loose 4:22 min behind leader.

This is my short analysis:

To be more or less objective, I took the most realistic (and not the best!) Times on the options and compared with myself.
In the end, it turned out: About 3 minutes I lost on the wrong selected variants (the most significant, namely the 1st and 9th CP) and about 1 minute I lost because of speed loses.
All my local micro-errors and inaccuracies, I did not take into account. I used only the choice of option and speed in certain areas.
It turns out that with such a realization, but with the best route choice I could be in TOP-3.
